What is The Tall Collective?

The Tall Collective is your gateway to the best tall independent brands.

How do I shop on The Tall Collective?

You can search for things in all the usual ways (keyword search, product categories, and filters), or you can let yourself be guided by our. Sign up to our newsletter for a regular dose of inspiration.

Can I order via phone?

We’re not able to take orders over the phone, but if you are having trouble with the site please email helpdesk@thetallcollective.com, and one of our support team will get in touch.

How will I receive my items?

Each boutique will ship your item(s) to you directly so you may receive your order in several deliveries.  Please allow longer for items arriving from overseas.

Please note all shipping times are estimates.

When will my order arrive and how can I track it?

Our vendors aim to dispatch all orders within 3-6 working days. Your tracking information will be emailed to you.  If your tracking is not available and it’s been 6 days since you ordered your item, please get in touch via helpdesk@thetallcollective.com

Can I ship to more than more address?

Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.

Can I request an exchange instead of a refund?

Some vendors may be able to provide this option – please contact the vendor  via the vendors page to enquire. If the product is of the same value or less they may be able to offer this service.

Do you offer international shipping?

Our boutiques are from all over the world and will select the regions they will ship to – so it may be the case that not everything you wish to purchase is available to buy. If this is the case please contact us at helpdesk@thetallcollective.com so that we can inform the seller of your request.

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

What is your returns policy?

We hope that you love your purchase, but understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right. Each vendor will have their own return policy but generally we allow 14 days to return an item directly to the boutique for a refund. Some items are excluded from this policy. For more information please see the vendor’s page for their policy.

Are prices inclusive of tax?

All prices on the website will show inclusive of tax (where applicable), the vendor each item is purchased from will provide a breakdown on your invoice included in your package.

Further import duties and taxes may be charged by customs control in your country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

 

Can I purchase a The Tall Collective Gift Card?

We don’t currently offer gift cards.

I’m a brand and I’ve seen my products on your site – what is The Tall Collective?

The Tall Collective is a technology platform empowering boutiques to sell online, acting like their own website, but set in a community of other independents. Everything you see on The Tall Collective purely reflects the products and prices they sell; and, as The Tall Collective is a marketplace, when you buy via The Tall Collective you are buying directly from, and supporting, these boutiques.

How do I sell on The Tall Collective?

Apply by emailing us at retailer@thetallcollective.com. Please provide your name, contact details, store address and store website (or details of your products if you don’t have a store).
