Belle Grande offer a standard delivery service for orders within the UK. Delivery times will be Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm, excluding bank holidays. We aim to deliver all UK mainland orders within 4-5 working days.
For the Scottish Highlands and Western Isles please allow up to six working days for standard delivery and for Shetland and Orkney up to ten working days. Unfortunately standard delivery is not available to the Channel Islands.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, during busy periods and the festive season deliveries may take longer.
Customers are entitled to a full refund/exchange within 14 days of receipt (minus the original postage charge). Acceptance of returns outside of this time will be down to our discretion. If you wish to exchange an item we can currently only offer an exchange for the same style just a different size. If you require a different style you will need to request a refund then make a new purchase.
We recommend you obtain a proof of posting in event your parcel is lost or delayed. In the unlikely event your parcel goes missing, we cannot be held liable for any claims. Once your parcel has been sent back, please allow 14 days for us to exchange or refund your purchase.This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns/exchanges must be returned with the completed returns form enclosed in your original order. Fill out the relevant sections on the returns form and send to:

We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return in its original condition and apply your refund to your original payment method. This is usually done within 3 working days of receipt. Please be aware the international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for orders outside the EU.
