Refund Policy

We provide free exchange shipping for items of the same value.
A complete or partial refund of the purchase price in case of withdrawal will only take place after the returned goods are received at mac´s shoes. The goods must be unworn, immaculate and resalable as new. They must be returned in the original packaging.
We will withhold an adequate amount in case articles are returned damaged or used. The same will apply when parts or attachments are missing.
